The Best Robot Vacuum That Mops

The Eufy S1 Pro

This is the model you should pick if you are looking for a robot autonomous vacuum cleaner that also mop. It's smaller than other options and makes it easier to maneuver in tight corners or under furniture. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it detects rugs and the dual side brushes help to clean debris from corners.

The mopping performance is less impressive, though not by much. The rotating mop spins at a high velocity and it pushes down with 2.2lbs of force, easily scraping away dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm sticks out a bit more than other robots. This is helpful in difficult corners or along baseboards. The same front arms can also be employed to clean larger objects, such as broken toys and books.

Another nice feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mops I've ever tried. It is quieter and doesn't produce as much noise when mopping or vacuuming. The only drawback is that the S1 Pro must use a proprietary cleaning solution for its mopping function and is sold separately from the vacuum. It's simple to set up and is effective, but this is something you'll have to be aware of in case you're purchasing this vacuum solely for the reason of mopping.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo stands apart from the majority of robot vacuums which mops in its class. It is equipped with a broad array of features that make it an ideal choice for homeowners who want an efficient, flexible and adaptable cleaning machine.

The device comes with an extremely powerful and impressive cleaning system that combines LiDAR sensors and an RGB camera to map the home and identify furniture and other obstacles. It can then use this information to clean methodically and intelligently. This leads to a thorough, consistent clean which is also relatively quick.

In terms of mopping, the Q Revo's DuoRoller mop pads can be used to reach a wide range of surface areas. This includes corners, baseboards and other hard to reach areas. They also come with a stretchy side brush that can be extended to reach the floor near walls and other fixtures. The mop pads are washable and dry to eliminate odors and stop buildup.

Another notable feature is the customization options that are available through apps. The Q Revo lets you adjust the suction intensity and choose a back-and forth or slightly random pattern. The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni is the most expensive robotic vacuum that is able to mop in our test, but it also has unique features that make it worth a look. It also houses a 2.5-liter dust bin and an 2.5 dust bin that is 2.5 liters.

The base also has a number of control buttons that allow you to start a cleaning job and then recall the robot or use the dock's automatic vacuum cleaner emptying process. Hold down two buttons to switch on the child lock, which is a nice feature for parents who are worried about children playing with the vacuum.

Similar to other robotic vacuums, the Omni Omni uses its camera to identify furniture and obstacles in its path and eliminate them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.

Unfortunately this means that the X1 Omni could occasionally get caught up in obstacles, like the power cord that is draped across a rug that it becomes stuck and ceases to function until you manually free it. Although this is not a common occurrence but it was a very frustrating experience when it did happen, especially since the X1 Omni doesn't come with a "stuck" status alert in its app.

Another possible issue is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between vacuuming and mopping modes during the cleaning process. You'll have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad, except that the mopping pad doesn't get cleaned or Best Robot Vacuum That Mops dried between use. This can lead to mildew and mold.

On the bright side the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot, thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who conceptualized its modern and sleek base as well as mopping pad apparatus. It's a significant difference from the utilitarian black bases of rivals such as Roborock or iRobot. It's also an impressive sight in a market dominated by clunky boxes.
